What frequent flyer programs do you work with?

The most common programs that our customers hold points or miles in are Qantas Frequent Flyer, Velocity Frequent Flyer, Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer and American Express Membership Rewards, but our expert agents can work with any airline or bank program that you hold points with.

What cabin classes can I book?

We help customers redeem points for flights in Economy, Premium Economy, Business Class and First Class. Flying in mixed cabin classes is also an option and can help you to maximise the value you get to your points.

What can I do to increase my chances of finding award seats?

Award availability is limited and award seats are not released on all routes and airlines. Being flexible in dates, routes, airlines and cabin classes will increase your chances. We will guide you through the process and ask questions to increase your chances.

What does the initial fee cover?

We ask for an initial fee to be paid as it covers the necessary research to find your seats based on the information you’ve provided. The initial fee is payable per person and is based on the cabin class you wish to travel in. You may select multiple cabin classes to increase your chances of finding award seats, and you’ll only pay the fee of the highest cabin class.

Given the initial fee is non-refundable, we will provide you with our assessment of the likelihood of finding seats that meet your requirements before you pay the initial fee.

How is the final fee calculated?

To release the search results, booking instructions and cabin/lounge ratings, we charge 10% of the retail price of an equivalent cash fare of the award seat that we have found (i.e. the price of the lowest fare on Google Flights current pricing in a comprable cabin class experience on the same dates as the award seats and based on the time the award seat was found). The initial fee will be deducted from the final fee.

Are there any other costs I should know about?

When booking award seats, the airline(s) will ask you to pay airline taxes and carrier charges. We will outline those in the result report and we always strive to keep your taxes and charges to a minimum.

How far in advance can I book award flights?

Most airlines release award seats 11-12 months in advance. If your trip is more than a year away, it will not yet be possible to book any flights and we therefore won’t be able to assist.

If you’re booking a round-trip and the outbound flights are less than a year away, but you’ll be returning in more than a year from now, you may request a quote now for assistance with your outbound flights only.

Alternatively, you may choose to wait until all your flights are less than 12 months away and request assistance with your return trip in one go. By waiting until your entire trip will be completed within the next year, we’ll be able to check real-time award availability and confirm that the recommended flights are available for booking.
